Experience & EDUCATION
Rob has been in the banking industry since 1998, bringing extensive experience in Small Business Lending, Commercial Lending, Agri-Business Lending, and Sales Management. Throughout his career, he has held multiple leadership positions at SunTrust/Truist, including Business Banking Team Lead, Commercial Relationship Manager, and, most recently, Greater Polk County Market President. Currently, Rob serves as the Polk Market Executive at Bank of Central Florida.
A lifelong resident of Polk County, Rob lives with his wife, Dawn, and their three daughters: Morgan, Mia, and Margo. He is actively engaged in the local community, serving as a Board Member at the Barney Barnett School of Free Business and Enterprise at Florida Southern College and as Chair of the Polk County Advent Health Foundation. Additionally, Rob has served on various boards, including the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Central Florida, the Lake Wales Arts Council, the Lake Wales Family YMCA, among many others.
