Our focus is on our clients and providing them with the highest level of client attention. We believe we must make ourselves available to our clients and respond in a way that leads to their satisfaction. Our clients are both internal employees and external clients. Our goal is to have the highest client satisfaction possible.

We are solution oriented focusing on how to best accommodate client needs. We continually look for ways to assist our clients in providing innovative alternatives that other institutions would not think of trying.

Vision 2025

The Bank of Central Florida Executive and Leadership Teams have been charged with three priorities at the bank: Growth, the Client Journey, and Our People.

As we expand into new markets from 2020 to 2025, our vision is to deliver the highest level of service, remaining innovative and action-oriented. We are committed to shaping our behaviors around our core values; in the same way, our objectives over the years will be guided by growth, our client journey, and our people.

Growth is about expanding along the I-4 corridor from Orlando to Tampa.

We opened a new office in Orlando in 2018, Plant City in 2019, and Tampa Bay in 2020. We will continue to focus on potential new areas, and strategically plan for growth in these new markets.

The Client Journey has always been a top priority of Bank of Central Florida.

Resolved to have the best client service in each community we serve, we assign each client to a Relationship Management Team as a direct contact for guidance within Community, Professional or Commercial Banking. Included in our efforts, we will also invest in new technology to make banking easy, safe, and accessible. Throughout the Client Journey, we will provide the best combination of person-to-person support and enhanced lending opportunities and deposit offerings that clients value.

Our People raise the bar every day, and we recognize it.

We make a commitment to each employee to invest in their development, training, and industry knowledge. We are dedicated to building new training materials to ensure Our People are equipped to be their best. We will continue to develop internal leadership programs, foster one another's growth, and recognize the accomplishments Our People achieve.
