By accepting the terms of the Electronic Disclosure and Agreement (“agreement”), you are electing to receive your deposit and/or loan account statements electronically, and you agree that Bank of Central Florida will provide these statements in electronic form in lieu of paper statements in accordance with these terms.
By clicking the “Submit” button, you confirm that you have carefully read and agree to the terms of the Electronic Disclosure and Agreement. We recommend that you print and retain a copy for your records as necessary.
As used in this agreement, the words “you” and “your” refer to the individual who is identified on our records as an owner or authorized signer on the account. The words “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Bank of Central Florida. “eStatement” refers to the electronic statement delivery of your periodic statement.
Scope of Your Consent
Your consent to electronic delivery covers the following categories of communications:
If your account is a joint account with another person or persons consent to electronic delivery of your statement by one person shall apply to both or all of you. eStatements we send to one joint account owner shall be considered communicated to both or all owners.
You understand that once we process your eStatements, we will discontinue mailing printed account statements and check images. There is no charge to receive eStatements. If you request paper copies of past statements, normal statement copy and research fees may apply.
You understand that the information you have elected to receive is confidential in nature. We are not responsible for unauthorized access by third parties to information and/or communications provided electronically nor any damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages caused by any authorized access. We are not responsible for any computer virus or related problems.
Notification of eStatements
You must be enrolled in Bank of Central Florida’s Intelligent eBanking and provide a valid e-mail address for our notification purposes. Each statement period we will send you an e-mail notice advising you of the availability of your eStatement. Upon receipt of your notification e-mail, you may access your current eStatement using the Bank of Central Florida Intelligent eBanking website.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent to have your statements provided electronically at any time. Within the Intelligent eBanking Customer Service tab, click “Change statement delivery method,” change the Delivery Method drop-down from Online to Paper, and click Submit. Once we receive your request, all subsequent statements will be delivered in paper format.
If you change an account’s statement delivery method from Online to Paper, you will lose access to any statements previously delivered online. You may want to save your online statements before making this change.
Hardware and Software Requirements
To access, view, and retain eStatements your system will need the following requirements:
Access to eStatements may be unavailable at times due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, or system outage. In addition, environmental or physical events may occur that could cause the system to become unavailable. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure the availability of the system. However, we are not liable for the unavailability of the system or any issues that may arise from system unavailability.
Updating Your Contact Information
It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate e-mail address, as well as a valid phone number and mailing address. You must notify us promptly of any change in your contact information. Your e-mail address and phone number(s) can be changed online within the Intelligent eBanking website by clicking Customer Service, Manage Contact Information, and changing any applicable contact information. You can also contact your account officer or call 863-682-7100 to update your information.

Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to discontinue providing you eStatements, and revert to paper statements, at any time. You will be notified of any such termination as may be required by law.
Change in Terms
We will notify you of any changes in these terms of agreement either by first class mail, hand-delivery, facsimile, e-mail, or by posting the communication on the Bank website. If you should not agree to the changed terms, you may withdraw your eStatements in the manner described above.
