Therefore, to protect your security, Bank of Central Florida utilizes industry standard security techniques such as personal customer numbers, passwords, encryption and firewalls. Furthermore, Bank of Central Florida will never send unsolicited emails.
While Bank of Central Florida is committed to do its part to maintain your security here are some ways you, the customer, can help:
- Never share your access codes with anyone.
- Change your access codes on a regular basis. If you have reason to believe your access codes have been compromised, change them and contact us immediately at 863-682-7100.
- Install virus protection software on your personal computer.
- Delete emails with attachments from unknown sources.
- When you are done with your transactions, always click the logoff button on websites to exit the application and prevent further access to your account(s).
